Great service!!! David was sent out by our home warranty company to service our AC unit when it stopped cooling properly and I cannot say thank you enough! We had another company service the unit two months prior with the same issue, and it was not nearly as great of an experience as the one with Southern Gulf Heating & Cooling. David was professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure he covered all the bases to get our unit back up and running. I really appreciated his attention to detail and could tell he takes pride in his job and the company. I will be requesting Southern Gulf Heating & Cooling for any future services we may need and would recommend them highly.
I called them in the morning, they managed to get to me and save the day only a few hours later! I wasn’t up charged or tried to be sold anything that wasn’t necessary. They even cleaned and serviced my unit while they were here. Definitely worth ever penny!

Thank you guys for replacing my entire AC unit! Huge job especially in this heat and even bigger with a nightmare attic like mine! Everything needed ordered and replaced timely, the guys are professional, and my house is back to being nice and cold!
